Multifunctional deep pine fertilizing machine

In view of the agronomic requirements and characteristics of the corn planting mode of wide and narrow rows, a supporting multifunctional deep-loosening fertilizing machine is designed.According to the seasonal characteristics, fertilization location requirements, tractor operation form and other conditions, a deep-loosening fertilization machine is designed to improve the utilization rate of fertilizer, reduce the number of times the machine enters the ground and compaction of the soil; the machine can not only perform deep-loosening fertilization operations in a wide area before the arrival of heavy rain, but also remove the fertilization components and carry out standard deep-loosening operations in autumn, so as to achieve multi-purpose use of one machine.The field test results show that: directional fertilization at 200-250 mm on the side of the seedling belt is used, and the fertilization depth is 50-100mm. Compared with the middle fertilization of the wide-row seedling belt, the plant height is significantly increased by 10%-13% after one month of fertilization; in autumn, it is split into independent subsoiling machines. The subsoiling operation of 250-300 mm can be achieved, and the average coefficient of variation of the subsoiling depth is 1.03%, indicating that the working stability of the machine is good; the average soil expansion after the subsoiling machine in summer is 16.12 %, the disturbance range to the soil is small, and there are no obvious large pieces and sticky strips on the surface.
