During a recent return visit, our technicians learned that several customers reported that their tractor digging machines were weak in driving.The technical staff summarized the customer's usage situation and analyzed the reasons for the driving weakness. Generally speaking, it is divided into three points, the engine is weak, the transmission belt is easy to slip, and the clutch is slippery.

1. Start the engine of the tractor digging machine, after separating the clutch.After hanging up the first gear, step down the brake pedal of the tractor to put the tractor in a braking state.After increasing the throttle, slowly engage the clutch.If the diesel engine at this time has black smoke and feels unable to speed up, or even turns off, then this behavior indicates that the engine is weak.

2. Separate the clutch after starting the engine of the tractor excavator.After hanging up the gear, step down the brake pedal of the excavator to put the tractor in a braking state.After trying to increase the throttle, slowly engage the tractor clutch.If the diesel engine is running normally at this time, the tractor will have a tendency to move forward, but there is a smell of burnt rubber, accompanied by a “chirping” sound, which means that the transmission belt has slipped.

3. Start the tractor excavator engine and separate the tractor clutch.After hanging up the gear, you need to step down the brake pedal to put the tractor vehicle in a braking state.Then after the throttle is increased, the clutch needs to be engaged slowly.At this time, the diesel engine and the transmission belt are both working normally, and the tractor is still in place and there is some abnormal noise, which means that the clutch is slipping.
